            With Kentucky beating UMass on Saturday night, it guaranteed JAYBIAN the new HWCI NCAA Tournament Pool Champion of 1996.  The remaining battles are for second or third place.  JOSEPH is guaranteed at least third place.  In earlier action, Syracuse ended Mississippi State's Cinderella run to advance to the Championship game.

            THE CHEF lost his final match with UMass losing and ends up with an all-time HWCI low of 80 points.
