3/28/95, Issue # 10.4.3 "Striaght from the mouth of MM..."

It will be West Regional Champion #1 UCLA vs East Regional Champion #4 Oklahoma St. & Midwest REgional Champion #2 University of Arkansas vs Southeast Regional Champion #2 University of North Carolina.  Arkansas are the defending NCAA national champions.  UCLA were ranked #1 going into the Tournament.  As for the 1st HWCI Pool, here are the scenarios:

Since everyone who has a chance at prize money picked UCLA as one of their two choices, the determining factor will be the UA-UNC match on Saturday.

IF UNC WINS

     1st Place:  The Mighty Mobelfakta (chose UNC)

     2nd Place: The Fabone (UNC)

     3rd Place:  Lil' Saigon (UNC)

IF UA WINS

     1st Place:  Bix Pix (Arkansas)

     2nd Place: Mr. Nelson (Arkansas)

     3rd Place:  The Mighty Mobelfakta (chose UNC)

The Mighty Mobelfakta is the only person to clinch a money spot.  The other seven people are out of prize contention.  Currently, The Mighty Mobelfakta leads Bix Pix by one point and The Fabone and Mr. Nelson by three points.  An anti-clamatic finish for the Pool, but at least we can all concentrate on the UCLA-Ark/UNC winner on Monday.  Remember, 1st Place is worth $70.00, 2nd Place is worth $30.00, and 3rd Place is worth $20.00.
